Principal Level P1 - Rossmore Public SchoolRossmore Public School is a small primary school located in a semi-rural community situated in the South West Sydney Priority Growth Area. The school has a FOEI of 153 and a current enrolment of 73 students, with two (three in 2025) mainstream and three multi-categorical classes catering for students with a disability. The school has a combination of experienced and early career teachers. 36% of students are from an English as an additional language/dialect background and 17% of students identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. The classification and remuneration of our school principals is based on school complexity, as measured through each school's RAM allocation. As part of the ongoing application of the new structure a review of thresholds and outcomes will occur on an annual basis. The principal classification for this school is Principal Level P1 for 2024 and also for 2025.
