The Opportunity There is currently  one (1) permanent position available for immediate filling primarily based at our Geraldton office. This is a critical role within a large, complex front-line, regional service which will see you partnering with  operational and executive leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice, coaching and support. You will build and execute people strategies for your portfolio and support the business through legislation, policies and procedures for workforce planning, redeployment, redundancy, and organisational change management. You will provide high level advice and support in a variety of HR topics for a dynamic Directorate with complex workforce necessities in a regional setting. The HR Business Partnering Team is a vibrant and dedicated team, recognised by its dynamic leaders and people, expertise, and its passion to see projects through with quality.
