Role Overview:Join our Perth team as a motivated and driven Temp Consultant. Utilize your real estate/property background for successful connections in a fast-paced environment. Engage with diverse stakeholders, manage phone conversations, business development, job briefs, and candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities: Source top talent for temporary & contracting roles via job boards, social media, and networking events. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from client briefs to job offers. Build and maintain client-candidate relationships with exceptional service. Negotiate pay rates and contract terms. Ensure compliance with legislation, WH&S inspections, and company policies. Exceed KPIs to maximize earning potential and build a strong commission annuity. Qualifications and Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Results-driven with a track record of target achievement. Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry trends.
