Principal HR Advisor (Temporary 6-month Position)If you are looking to broaden your HR skills and experience and use your creativity to influence our work environment, then this is the role for you.
Someone with HR skills and experience in a range of functions including recruitment and selection, wellbeing, WHS, diversity and inclusion, industrial relations and workforce reporting. The role will be tailored to suit your skills, experience and professional development interests.
About the role The Principal HR Advisor will manage a range of HR functions, projects and activities and provide expert advice and support to the QAO executive leadership team, managers and employees on HR related matters.
The role reports to the Director Human Resources and manages two team members.
