Bligh Tanner has an opportunity for a Principal Façade Engineer with 10-12 years of experience to join the Structural Team at Bligh Tanner. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Bligh Tanner is a structural, facade, civil, environmental and water engineering consultancy. Over the past 30 years, the firm has been responsible for some of Australia's most innovative and complex engineering projects, from multimillion-dollar special structures, through to world leading integrated water management systems.

The Opportunity Based in Brisbane, your role will include the design and delivery of a wide and varied range of projects. You will be given the opportunity to run projects and liaise directly with clients. At Bligh Tanner you will get hands-on support from the directors and your peers including senior engineers. This is a unique opportunity to grow with an expanding practice. This role would suit a person passionate about structural engineering and design.
The Role We are looking for someone with initiative, who has a keen interest in innovative engineering, competent in key areas of practice and the capacity to manage projects with a focus on client satisfaction and quality project outcomes. You will be expected to maintain and grow relationships with clients, architects, local governments, and collaborators. You will take responsibility for the commercial factors for façade projects focusing on project outcomes. You will provide mentoring to those in your team and assist in their growth.
This challenging role will vary from time to time based on the needs of our clients and the strategic direction of the business.
