The role?
The Electrical and Instrumentation Manager is pivotal in overseeing the electrical and instrumentation functions of our projects.
This role involves managing all E&I activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a skilled team of technicians and engineers to achieve project objectives efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
Foster a culture of safety and quality within the team and ensure all safety procedures and protocols are followed.
Develop strategies for electrical and instrumentation (E/I) services and ensure they align with company objectives.
Manage E/I department including team(s) of electrical and instrumentation PM's, Engineers, project cording, supervisors and technicians.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all electrical and instrumentation work.
Bid, win deliver services with P/L accountability Licence / regulatory compliance Client liaison Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation management in related industries.
Desirable Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects and services.
Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation principles, standards, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
