What role will you play?As an exceptional principal engineer, you will help us tackle some of the most challenging problems in the group. You will draw from your deep and broad technical expertise to get hands-on in the code to help solve technical problems, mentor more junior engineers, and provide leadership on complex technology issues across the company.
You'll be building great software by directing and managing the engineers who work for you both with hands-on coding and technical direction.
What you offerStrong technical background (preferably Java based)Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with proven success at running complex engineering initiativesProduct company experience with an understanding of how to build great products in an Agile environmentSolid understanding of how to build scalable, maintainable and performant web applicationsComputer science education or equivalent experienceAbility to communicate clearly with all levels of the organisationAny exposure to engineering content management or notifications related products is advantageous.About TechnologyTechnology enables every aspect of our business, for our people, our customers and our communities.
