Opportunity for you to build something big.Equity ownership, relocation assistance, and other monetary benefits.You call the shots and make decisions with the support of dedicated marketing, HR and operations teams there to support you.Take on the books of a busy practice with exceptional case acceptance rates (85-90%) for complex treatments.Perform a wide range of procedures: implants, full arches, cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry, reconstructive dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, and comprehensive general dentistry—all in-house with full clinical autonomy.Access to CBCT, microscopes, intraoral scanners, CEREC, rotary endo and more.Work with a highly skilled team, including senior dentists, hygienists, full-time steri nurse, an outstanding Practice Manager who ensures seamless operations and have the support of a back office marketing, HR and operations team.This practice is stable and has loyal team members and very low staff turnover.Enjoy a relaxed coastal lifestyle in Coffs Harbour, with pristine beaches, excellent amenities, and daily flights to major Australian cities Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane.There is a big patient-to-dentist ratio, and this practice has a large presence in the community.
