This is a very rare opportunity for a high-performing, ambitious, visionary Lead/Principal Dentist to create a legacy and join a dental practice with high earning potential doing transformative dentistry in Adelaide.
The practice is investing over $1M into refurbishment, technology, branding, and marketing and will need a top-tier dentist who can lead this state-of-the-art practice and take the reins in driving the project while performing high-quality, comprehensive dentistry and serving the patients of Brighton/Glenelg and surrounding suburbs.
The opportunity here is to also take over the books of a senior dentist reducing their clinical hours. You'll also work with 3 other senior dentists.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Be a Principal Dentist and take on a leadership role
Sign-on bonus and path to equity buy-in and/or profit share (if you so choose)
Take on the books of outgoing senior dentists – all dentists here are booked out several weeks in advance
Lead a $1M project in transforming the practice with funds invested into technology, materials, refurbishment, branding and marketing – the practice is rebranding into an Implant & Surgical Centre as well as a Cosmetic/Aesthetic dental practice
Practice comprehensive dentistry – whether it is implants, full arches, ortho, crowns and bridges, cosmetic/aesthetic, veneers, full mouth rehabs, endo, oral surgery, general dentistry – you'll have full clinical autonomy
The practice is located in Brighton/Glenelg in a very busy thoroughfare with high exposure and foot traffic. Also working with a primarily middle to high socioeconomic patient base
The practice has been around for almost 80 years and has long been a trusted clinic with a top reputation and a loyal patient base spanning generations and still growing
Have the backing of marketing and admin and work with a switched-on Practice Manager and trained support staff
The practice prioritises the clinicians' wellbeing

They perform implant dentistry, full arches, orthodontics, clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers, major restorative procedures, and general dentistry.
ABOUT YOU
You are driven, ambitious and want to make an impact – you aim to achieve something spectacular and have a growth mindset. You want to create something unique and meaningful
More than 5 or 6 years of Australian experience
You emanate leadership qualities and are keen to be (or already are) a Principal Dentist
Experienced in any of these areas: ortho, clear aligners, cosmetic, veneers, crown & bridge, implants
Friendly chairside manner, team player, and passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a close team environment.
Must have unrestricted AHPRA registration and current professional indemnity insurance.
