Impact Missions operates with agility through a lean Development and Delivery team that will consider, test, and develop new concepts, and plan how Minderoo can make a strong contribution by delivering a partner-first model.Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of Impact Missions, your role will be diverse and could focus on generating and managing response options for humanitarian crises, the harms associated with artificial intelligence or other high impact urgent and existential initiatives as they arise. As Principal you will conduct a review to analyse the landscape associated with certain challenges assigned to you, propose a solution, and manage several, often non-aligned, projects. You will be responsible for stakeholder and partner engagement and collaboration. You will engage and manage the relationship with partners ensuring that each collaboration also has a relevant Impact Measurement & Learning Plan that feeds into broader learning for our partners and the organisation.QualificationsTo be successful you will require expertise in program management and strategy, effectively managing partner and stakeholder relationships.
