Principal Contracts Advisor

to support their contract management and procurement operations. This critical role is responsible for establishing, negotiating and managing contracts to enhance value, safety, and efficiency across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering for CustomersEngage with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of goods and services.Lead regional and strategic sourcing reviews, resolving commercial issues as they arise.Oversee contract obligations in line with Contract Management Plans.Utilise SAP to manage service contracts, streamline invoicing and control costs.Being a Good EmployerPromote a professional, respectful, and inclusive workplace aligned with the client's vision and values.Foster a high-performance culture that prioritises safety and well-being.Support strategic growth initiatives and ensure adherence to ongoing training and development.Sustainably Cost-EfficientDevelop strategies to reduce Total Cost of Ownership through commercial arrangements.Evaluate financial and commercial proposals to optimise supplier arrangements.Drive cost reduction strategies, identifying savings and synergies across the business.Manage corporate credit card activities in line with company policy.What We're Looking ForExperience:

Minimum of 5 years in contract negotiation and administration, ideally within the resources sector.Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Administration, or Procurement, with sound knowledge of contract conditions and provisions.Stakeholder Management:
