Due to business growth, we are looking for a Principal Consultant with Allied Health qualifications to build our brand in the
South West region
of WA (Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River, Dunsborough, Augusta) .
You will manage a portfolio of customers providing return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement and assessment services across a variety of schemes, including Workcover, ComCare, DVA and Life Insurance industries. As a Principal Consultant you will have responsibility for supporting our Regional Team Leader and State Manager with our customer network, as well as working together to improve our team's knowledge and efficiency. At IPAR, our Principal Consultants are considered key members of our leadership team and are actively involved in continuous improvement and strategic projects.
Like our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have the confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes. Your personable approach will assist in managing stakeholder expectations and building strong relationships with key customers.
This role can be
full time or part time - we are flexible!
Pre-requisites:
Professional Registration with either AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW.
Allied Health Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work;
A minimum of two years of occupational rehabilitation or claims management experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage additional responsibilities whilst maintaining an active caseload.
Proven ability to exceed performance targets, including RTW, Quality and Service Delivery KPI's.
Contribution to the development of others.
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team culture and growth.
Recognised as a 'go to' person internally and externally.
The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers.
Current driver's licence and car.
