Life as a LogiKal Consultant: The ability to work across multiple sectors and on multiple projects, to increase your experience and capability over time.Providing commercial and contract management services to LogiKal clients.Providing advice on commercial matters to clients.Ensure the effective implementation of commercial management procedures.Review and advise on any commercial / legal documents.Management of variations , management of any delay cost claims and EOT.Manage the procurement process.Manage the cost report process.Assist with progress claims and creation of payment schedules.Progress reporting. Developing and driving compliance and improvements, where required.Ensure that performance is both positive and proactive and that you provide a high impact service – we fix problems quickly, without fuss.Support clients and offer further LogiKal support wherever they need it in the delivery of their project.Business Development Actively identifying opportunities that will help develop LogiKal's network & services.Identifying, securing and building a team on new or current commission.Attending / participating in LogiKal knowledge sharing & networking events.Involved in market research working group reporting to the relevant sector lead.LogiKal Spirit Participating in team meetings & internal social events.Embodying LogiKal values.Enrolling on internal training courses and taking an active role in your professional development – help us help you!Culture

Must Haves: Minimum 10+ years project commercial management / contract management experience.Experience working in the construction, infrastructure sector.Expertise across contract management, construction law and general contract administration processes. High level of IT skills and experience with project management tools. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.Confident communicator (verbal & written).Reliable and adaptable to change.Displays a positive can-do attitude and behaviour.Ability to coach and mentor team members.Willingness to travel for work, where required.Current working rights in Australia.
