Principal Communications and Marketing OfficerThis role offers an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise-level communication and marketing processes, projects, and program activities within a public sector environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, responsive communication and marketing services to a range of departmental clients and stakeholders.
What you'll do: Lead enterprise level communication and marketing processes, projects, and program activitiesDeliver high quality, responsive communication and marketing services to a range of departmental clients and stakeholdersDevelop and implement innovative communication and marketing strategies (internal and external) to support the departmentPrepare content and materials for a range of departmental channels including publications, websites, social mediaIdentify, prepare and distribute departmental good news via various channels and mediaProvide policy advice in implementing communication strategiesPrepare briefings and correspondence for senior executivesWhat you bring: Proven experience in leading enterprise level communication and marketing processesAbility to deliver high quality, responsive communication services to a range of clientsExperience in developing innovative communication strategies (internal and external)Strong skills in preparing content for various channels including publications, websites, social mediaAbility to identify good news stories to share across media platformsExperience in providing policy advice on communication strategiesWhat's on offer:
