Reporting & Technology: Maintain accurate reporting on project opportunities and risks through systems like Salesforce, ensuring transparency and strategic decision-making. What You Bring: Educational Background: A certificate or degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in a commercial environment. Industry Expertise: Proven experience in a regional role within the Design & Build sector, with a deep understanding of commercial real estate transactions and client procurement models. Client Engagement: A track record of success in client presentations and securing high-profile projects through effective pitching. Team Leadership: Experience leading and developing high-performing business development teams, with excellent communication skills and the ability to make an impact. Commercial Acumen: Strong knowledge of market dynamics, procurement processes, and the ability to influence decision-makers while building consensus. Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to manage and grow client relationships, ensuring lasting partnerships and repeat business.
