You will ensure that the framework and reporting is fit for purpose, constantly looking to deliver value to the Airports business. You will also manage the system processes and provide regular updates, whilst ensuring safety standards are met. You will ensure integrity of the reporting for Airports operations, specifically ground handling, and is provided to the Airports Operational teams, whether it is safety related, baggage, or people, with all activities and opportunities measured and reported through sound data analysis.In addition, you will play a key role in providing trends and analysis of suppliers that provide contracted services to Airports to ensure Qantas is receiving value for money and maximum competitiveness in the market. This includes regular supplier performance monitoring, ad-hoc modelling, market share analysis, and industry benchmarking as requested by leadership.You will support analysis for ground handling solutions as required and act as core support for the Airports Port Leaders and Airports Commercial Managers in their reporting and performance requirements. This role will also have an opportunity to contribute to reporting suites to ensure performance reporting across the function is aligned to business requirements.To Be Successful In This Role, You'll HaveSound understanding of Airport Operations (ground) to understand interrelated business drivers.Finance related degree with CA or CPA (or willingness to obtain) advantageous.Knowledge of enterprise cost base inputs and financial modelling from a range of data sources.Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and PowerBI.Ability to provide detailed analysis of published financial reports.Natural analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and reporting acumen.Ability to lead, influence and drive effective collaboration within a multi-stakeholder environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working with, and presenting to, senior executives.Why Qantas?You'll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
