The Role: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in North Sydney on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will jump straight onto an exciting greenfield project to build our future systems strategy including discovering and overseeing delivery of new features and propositions, and be the subject matter expert for innovation and product practices. You will build deep knowledge of our systems and manage multiple simultaneous business systems products / programs of work. You will also:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the business processes and analysing areas for improvementMaintain short and long term plans for the business system components in line with business strategic and tactical initiatives.Coach and mentor Business Analyst resource(s) across several supported products.Manage operational relationships with key business partners/stakeholders affected by system upgrades/enhancements.Ensure technology initiatives meet quality, risk and process improvement criteria consistent with best practice methodologies and regulatory requirements.Ensure technology initiatives are communicated within technology teams to minimise adverse impacts of changes across teamsManage the resolution of major and critical support incidents relating to managed systemsThe Experience: A strong commercial background (7+yrs) as a Business Analyst will set you up for success! Further skills and experience required:
Extensive knowledge of IT systems and processes including business process re-engineeringAbility to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and plan and deliver appropriate technical solutionsHighly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of complex projects in an Agile environmentExcellent written and verbal communication including ability to produce high-quality project documentation, communications, business cases and presentationAn appreciation of both Technology & business strategy and architectureJoin atrusted and progressive Technology Leadership Team that has a clear vision to "Deliver Better; with quality and pace, to scale, integrate and transform oOh!media".
