Join our team as a proactive Principal Advisor within the Customer Services Branch! In this role, you'll develop state-wide strategic and operational outcomes, collaborating closely with CSB's Regional teams and Corporate Facilities. Together, you'll shape and deliver a cohesive facilities strategy aligned with Queensland Government's accommodation and leasing goals, as well as CSB's overall strategy. What you will do:
In your role, you will:
Develop and maintain governance frameworks, process flows, and registers to support the prioritisation and progression of all facility-related activities and provide ongoing monitoring and detailed reporting on project progress to both CSB leadership teams and Regional Management.Actively engage across CSB and Corporate Facilities to champion a positive, collaborative partnership ensuring CSB's facilities program of work is effectively progressed.Partner with Corporate Facilities and CSB stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of a safe, accessible, and inclusive network through a program of works and assist in prototyping and trailing initiatives.Manage escalated issues and assist in the resolution of complex issues associated with all Facilities and special projects.Lead and co-ordinate regular status updates with key stakeholders, including Corporate Facilities, Workplace Health and Safety, and CSB's Accessibility and Inclusion program.Contribute to the development, review, evaluation, and continuous improvement of existing internal business processes and network planning.Who we are looking for:
An individual with:
