Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the property management and maintenance teams, challenging the status quo and driving new heights for the business. Mentor and support individuals within the company to help them thrive. Collaborate with the General Manager to evolve the business development strategy. Build relationships with key real estate agency partners. Oversee the company's financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Implement and refine property management strategies while supporting team development. Oversee the listing, tenant applications, and vacancy processes for both existing and new properties. Handle escalated tenant enquiries from the property management team. Present and pitch new business opportunities and partnerships. Attend property viewings with potential clients to drive business growth. Work closely with the property management team to ensure smooth operations across all properties. Manage the property portfolio using PropertyMe for efficient administration and tenant account management. Supervise the property services team to ensure all inspections, reports, and maintenance are completed promptly and to a high standard. Assist the maintenance team in resolving furnishing or utility issues within properties. Explore and implement new business opportunities, including furniture wholesale, styling, and real estate tech innovations. Qualifications: Must have an Agents Representative Certificate. Experience working in a similar role of up to 5+ years experience. Unafraid to challenge the norm and take calculated risks.
