Prime Landscaping is a Perth based, family-owned private company that has been providing quality residential and commercial landscape services for over 20 years. We specialise in Landscape Construction, Playgrounds, Public Open Space, Landscape Maintenance and Residential Estate Front Lot Packages.
We are now looking for a Landscape Construction Supervisor who is highly competent in the delivery of domestic landscape and irrigation projects and has experience in the construction of commercial projects including parks and streetscapes in new estates. This position is based out of our O'Connor depot.
Responsibilities: To succeed in this role, our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and skills:
First and foremost, you will need a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Experienced in hard and soft landscape construction. Sound knowledge of commercial irrigation systems. Ability to read, interpret and manage drawings, specifications & plans. Excellent planning with the ability to effectively troubleshoot whilst managing deadlines. Ability to effectively communicate with staff, subcontractors and clients. Attention to detail, to ensure that work produced on site is of a very high standard. Ability to effectively motivate and lead a team. Sound WH&S knowledge. About The Role: We are looking for a qualified/experienced Landscape Supervisor with an enthusiastic and positive work ethic. You will need a proven track record in delivering high quality landscape works through industry best practice, coupled with excellent knowledge and standards of OH&S. Prior experience overseeing a landscaping crew or commercial/developer maintenance would be highly regarded.
This exciting opportunity will see you managing projects and providing support, training and mentoring to junior staff and apprentices. You will play a crucial role in ensuring all site activities run smoothly, safely and according to the plan. Due to the nature of this position, you will be expected to have good client communication and liaison skills, along with a 'can do' attitude with a strong commitment to contribute as a part of a team.
This role is a full-time permanent position commencing in January 2025 and salary will be commensurate with your experience.
