The Position Trinity Grammar has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Physical Education Primary Teacher. This is a full-time, ongoing position commencing Term 1, 2025. Reporting to the Head of Junior School, the successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting physical fitness, wellbeing, and participation among our students.
The candidate should demonstrate a solid understanding of Health and Physical Education curriculum content, be able to use technology to support teaching, understand the individual learning needs of students, and develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement.
Qualifications and Requirements Relevant teaching qualifications and current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).A strong background in teaching Physical Education to Primary School aged students.Previous experience in an International Baccalaureate school would be advantageous.Our teachers are expected to participate in and support our commitment to our students, ensuring they have a well-rounded school experience encompassing curriculum, co-curricular, and pastoral care, in addition to participating in our sporting program through coaching and managing sports teams.
