As Pricing, Tender and Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in providing administrative support in the tender and contract processes by ensuring timely, accurate and compliant preparation of pricing schedules, documents and submissions. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that tender responses meet the required specifications while aligning with commercial objectives.
Location: Belrose, NSW
What you'll do Coordinate, develop and present pricing proposals, ensuring clarity and transparency in pricing structuresAssist in the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders and proposalsPrepare and maintain tender documentation, ensuring all necessary supporting documents and approvals are includedSupport incoming pricing requests and coordinate pricing review processCoordinate the end-to-end tendering process, from reviewing request for proposals (RFPs) to final submissionWork with internal teams to gather information and provide accurate pricing and contract detailsMonitor post-tender processes and performance, providing ongoing support and analysisMaintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor pricing, and industry regulationsEnsure all contractual terms are understood, negotiated, and aligned with company policies and risk management guidelinesWhat you'll get Competitive salary and benefits packageFlexible working environment with hybrid optionsSupportive team and a dynamic work culture focused on collaboration and growthWhat you'll need Relevant degree within Business, Finance & AccountingExperience in a pricing, tender administration or contract management roleStrong understanding of the tender process and contract lifecycleStrong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlinesIntermediate level Microsoft Excel skills (Vlookup etc.)Our approach to diversity and inclusion We strive to have a diverse mix of people from different cultures, ages, geographies, and genders, to reflect the world in which we operate and to facilitate innovative thinking across the business.
