The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving Solar and Battery growth and profitability targets by monitoring the portfolio and providing targeted, evidence-based pricing recommendations.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Market Development this role involves significant analytical work, collaboration with various departments, and the opportunity to influence our pricing strategy and business decisions, you will also: Develop and maintain a pricing structure aligned with Product and Pricing Principles.
Report on the impact of proposed pricing changes, trends, and opportunities for growth.
Provide ad-hoc statistical and data management support.
Deliver weekly and monthly reports, analysing variances to budget and key drivers.
Assist in preparing the annual budget and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
About you Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities are necessary.
For this role, we're also looking for: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience in a pricing analyst role, preferably within the energy sector.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of budget management.
