About the Role: Prestige Staffing is partnering with one of Mildura's oldest and largest law firms to find a seasoned Senior Civil Lawyer. This reputable firm has a long history of delivering exceptional legal services across various matters, servicing both Victoria and New South Wales.
As a Senior Civil Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex cases and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm. You will handle a diverse caseload, including contract disputes, property matters, and other common law cases, providing expert advice and representing clients in personal and business disciplines.
Key Responsibilities: Drafting contracts, leases, shareholder agreements, settlement terms, and other legal documents.Will writing and estate planning services.Trust structuring and management.Sale and purchase of businesses.Representing clients in litigation.Requirements: Australian Practicing Certificate.Police Check.Requisite experience in commercial law or adjacent disciplines.Strong Communication Skills.We are seeking a dedicated professional who is focused on achieving solutions for clients, supportive of their team, and thriving in a busy work environment. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
