MCT Motorsport, part of the MCT Group, is looking for an experience, prestige-focused, sales consultant to join our team at Morningside! As part of a small team, no two days are the same. You will have the support of an on-site sales manager as well as our General Manager of Sales in Head Office at Eagle Farm.
You must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a high performing Used Car Sales Consultant to be considered for this role. Candidates with less experience may be considered based upon proven outstanding performance.
You must be able to demonstrate that you have the ability to perform at the highest level over an extended period of time, showing the following attributes:
Proven sales background reaching and exceeding set targets Commitment to achieving outstanding levels of customer service and satisfaction Maximise walk in traffic, phone and online enquiries Good organisational skills and attention to detail Maintain a high level of product knowledge Proven ability to be an outstanding team player Minimum of current motor salesperson registration with Office of Fair Trading Current and valid drivers license with no restrictions What we Offer:
