About the roleICC Sydney is looking for Cleaning Operations Supervisors, both during the day and overnight, to assist in leading the operation while supervising a team of passionate and reliable cleaners.
They will be responsible for the presentation of the venue and building, working across a 24-hour, 7-day a week rotating roster; ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards are met to a high standard.
As the Cleaning Operations Supervisor, the role also includes monitoring operating equipment to ensure that it is in good working order, and responding to any unsafe work conditions, faults, and repairs to the appropriate department or external service provider, and includes auditing and asset management.
Required Skills & Experience:As a talented people leader, you will bring a breadth of experience in heavy machinery cleaning and waste management operations, including the planning of periodic cleaning, asset management, and auditing ideally within a large-scale venue setting a world-class cleaning standard.
You will be highly organized, resourceful, and have a hands-on approach to the training, development, and supervision of your team members.
To succeed, you will have a 'can do' attitude without compromising safety, be resilient with strong customer service and communication skills, and be able to establish good working relationships.
You will have working rights in Australia and be over the age of 18.
