We're radically candid – we regularly give and embrace feedback so we can take a step forward each month, together.Think you're a fit for Evotix?ResponsibilitiesLeveraging your EHS knowledge and experience, you will support prospects to understand and see value in our product offering by being a subject matter expert. The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Presales Consultant includes:Sales DemonstrationsWork alongside Sales and Account Managers on sales opportunities specifically in relation to Evotix products and services;Support the analysis of EHS&S requirements, to collect sufficient information to allow accurate pricing on product and services to be undertaken;Lead software demonstrations to customers;Undertake any required technical setup and testing prior to demo being undertaken - full training will be provided!Participate in dry run demonstrations with wider sales team;Play an active role in the completion of tender responses, including RFP's, RFI's and RFQ's alongside proposals and customer submissions relating to Evotix products and services;Support Customer interactions by providing training and support.Continuous ImprovementKeep up to date with new product developments both within the software and the standard module configuration;Keep up to date with implementation service improvements and changes from the Client Services team;Provide feedback into the defined steering committee processes on new software functionality and recommendations for out of the box solutions based on feedback from tenders directly from sales opportunities.Technical SupportManage the sales demonstration environments for Evotix and ensure these contain relevant data examples and are updated to latest versions as those versions are released.Team Meetings and TrainingBe an active participant in sales team meetings;Actively participate in regular sales and product training, then practice and apply these new skills;Remain abreast of EHS&S industry trends along with emerging risks and issues;Share information and knowledge with colleagues across the wider sales team.What You'll Bring To The TableProven experience as a Heath and Safety Manager or similar; with experience in leading or implementing health and safety software within your organisation;Previous experience working with SaaS solutions would be highly desirable;Experience with Business Intelligence tools or advanced reporting will be critical to success;Strong business acumen and confidence presenting or selling to senior executives – C-Level, GM's, Director of Safety, Compliance Directors etc;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be an outstanding team player;Self-motivated, independent, and high-performance individual, with ability to learn and become productive quickly;Superb relationship building skills;Articulate and insightful;Open and collaborative – maintains strong internal relationships;Can prioritize activities to maintain focus while balancing many activities.Why You Should Apply To EvotixAt Evotix, we are all pioneers, leading the charge in transforming health and safety.
