Safety first: your ride home from company sponsored events and your flu jab is on usOverview Collaborating closely with the Head of Premium Customer, you'll tailor bespoke customer experiences and events aimed at fostering a deep sense of loyalty within our Premium Dabble customer base.
You will assist the Head of Premium Customer to oversee a network of one-off and recurring events and experiences for our existing Premium customers and potential Premium customer acquisitions. You will monitor the performance of these ventures with the purpose of optimising spend and return on investment.

You'll manage the experience budget to ensure our events are to an exceptional standard but also accessible to as many customers nationwide as possible. By keeping an eye on attendance and customer feedback, you'll make sure there is an experience that appeals to every Premium Customer.

Primary Location This role is currently open to all locations within Australia, however candidates based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydneymay be preferred.
Responsibilities Develop and execute Dabble's Premium Events & Experiences Calendar, catering to our highly engaged customers across all regions of Australia. Assist in both sourcing and management of experience hosts and ambassadors. Organise guest attendance in collaboration with the other Premium customers managers, including travel to and from events. Manage and allocate budget effectively to ensure there are enough events nationwide to reach as many unique Premium customers as possible. Conduct surveys and gather feedback from attendees to continuously improve and optimize our offering. Consistently measure and report upon the effectiveness of Premium events. Pursue new partnerships & opportunities with the purpose to acquire new Premium customers. Contribute to Premium strategy activities as required. Availability to work occasional weeknights & weekends as needed. Comply with all lawful instructions from the Company in performing your duties Perform such duties diligently, honestly and to the best of your ability Carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Report to and being accountable to persons nominated from time to time by the Company Uphold and abide by Dabble's Values, Expected Behaviours and Code of Conduct at every opportunity Skills & Qualifications 3+ years events experience Ability to creatively bring Dabble's Premium experiences to life through ideation and planning Demonstrated experience overseeing and managing multiple events at once Excellent organisation, communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Previous experience providing documentation and reporting. Remuneration The advertised salary for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible.
