Responsibilities Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levelsDocument learning experience through displays and picturesMaintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basisMaintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for infants and toddlersFacilitates and maintains childcare licensing standardsFriendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environmentQualifications Previous experience in a preschool environmentStrong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parentsEnergetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personalityShows initiative; strong work ethicHigh school diplomaCDA, Associates in ECE or working on degreeCompensation: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
