Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) An opportunity has arisen for a Prefabrication Supervisor to join our team at our Cavan InfraBuild site.
You will be responsible for supervision activities relating to the safe, timely and efficient processing of prefabrication products in line with our costing and quality standards. This site is growing through substantial growth and looking to increase output!
For this role, we need someone who is flexible and can work 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.
Your key responsibilities will include: Being accountable for onsite safety, ensuring the site meets compliance standards Ensuring both morning shift and afternoon shift are hitting KPI's and production targets Managing work flow and resourcing based on the schedule and pipeline of work Coaching and mentoring your team Managing client expectations regarding delivery and finding solutions to challenges as they arise For this role, we need someone with: Supervisory experience in prefabrication is desirable Technical knowledge in manufacturing or building design Tertiary education in Civil, Mechanical or Structural Engineering A proven track record of applying a solutions-focused mindset to troubleshoot and overcome challenges The ability to work in a deadline driven environment with high levels of accountability High attention to detail with quality awareness Computer literate, basic understanding of MS Office Key Benefits Generous parental leave: 20 weeks paid Primary Carer Leave and 3 weeks paid Partner Leave for those who have worked at the business for at least 12 months.
