A strong Government Department is looking for a Business Support Officer to come in and help their staff and be a part of their team.
Your Opportunity
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills? Join our dynamic team as an Administrator and play a key role in managing fleet operations, coordinating services, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including overseeing fleet vehicle functions, coordinating servicing and maintenance, managing reporting, and providing general administrative support. Key Responsibilities
Manage the administrative fleet vehicle function, including allocation through the UMS booking system. Coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance of fleet vehicles. Prepare replacement vehicle documentation and assist with vehicle utilization. Produce accurate monthly reports and maintain records using Ellipse and Microsoft Office. Oversee general administrative tasks, including stationery orders and correspondence. Deliver high-quality customer service to customers and stakeholders. Support KPI monitoring, performance measurement, and adherence to timeframes. Contribute to maintaining and improving procedures, manuals, and registers. Provide professional support to team members and handle senior staff enquiries during their absence. About You
Mandatory: Advanced Excel skills. Proficient in computer applications with accurate and efficient typing skills. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure. Experience in fleet management (preferably with QLD Government). To Apply
