Work directly with a team of 14+ Ph.D. Scientists on developing proposals related to your area of expertise and in research projects supported by this funding.
Leverage your expertise in catalytic reactor design to transition projects from concept to higher Technology Readiness Levels.

Minimum Requirements Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Postdoctoral research or industry experience in a relevant field. Ability to lead Research and Development programs from the early concept stage through assessment for commercialization. Proven expertise in chemical processing, ideally including scale up of reactors for the transformation of captured CO2 or Syngas. Familiarity with the proposal writing process, including strong accountability to deadlines and requirements. Strong ability to work cross-functionally in a team setting while taking ownership of assigned projects. Exposure to and understanding of catalytic substrate design or sorbency coatings design is preferred. Proficiency in COMSOL, CHEMCAD, or ASPEN preferred.
