Full-time OR Part-time - flexible hybrid working arrangements on offer **This role is exclusive to Legal People** This role represents a  rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer looking to utilise their exceptional drafting, communication & interpersonal skills to manage Precedents on either a full time OR part-time basis, within a highly regarded, mid-sized Melbourne CBD law firm!

They have a wide-ranging, high quality clientele demanding and deserving of cutting edge practices & procedures ensuring the highest quality of work/results are achieved.
In this role you'll work closely with  highly respected partners/practice leads and other practice support teams,  with a focus on the firm's Property & Development; Government, Planning & Environment practices in developing/implementing precedents and drive their systems/procedures to ensure smooth, efficient and consistent workflows firm-wide.
You will be an  integral member of this firm, the perfect role for someone who  enjoys variety  and making a real contribution/difference wherever they go!
The ideal candidate will have: Solid experience as a practising Lawyer (min.
5 yrs) in Property matters; Ideally, previous experience in creating/ reviewing/ amending/ updating precedents; Exceptional research/drafting/attention to detail; Be a self-starter with an approachable, informative & consultative approach; Highly developed communication skills at all levels and a strong client service focus; Ability to multi task and manage competing priorities with tact & diplomacy.
