You might be an experienced concrete precast production team leader already, or you might have experience and are looking to take that next step in your career to become a Team Leader with our mentoring.The person we are looking for has experience in Form Work, Steel Fixing, and Concreting. This role will involve supervision of a small team with a focus on leading by example, from setting out, steel fixing, and pouring to finishing all types of precast products. We specialise in the manufacture of tanks, precast panels, pools, and more.
