Work within our vibrant and talented Regional North pre-site team, supporting our customers through their pre build process, partnering closely with our Drafting, Estimating, Studio M and Permits teams - to get them to site.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include: Effectively manage customer expectations, ensuring they are aware on the status of their home during the pre-construction process.Deliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationships.Continuously providing updates to clients.Maintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project details.Liaising with drafting, estimating, studio and external suppliers and coordinate client variations when required.Ensuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilation.Consistently develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients; andAssist with all Customer Support related tasks. The successful candidate will have: Experience working within a project management or customer focused role.Ability to manage a portfolio of customers at different stages through the pre-construction journey.Proven ability in being a member of a successful, dynamic and results focused customer service team with a passion for customer service excellence.Proven ability to trouble-shoot and effectively meet deadlines in order to meet established performance standards.Highly effective interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and customers.Fostering productive relationships with customers and key stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.Ability to clearly identify people's needs and generate mutually beneficial solutions.Experience in understanding residential construction plans and contracts.Intermediate Microsoft WORD and EXCEL computer skills.Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.
