We are seeking a technical expert with deep business knowledge to join our pre-sales team who can assist in continuing the evolution of our decision automation platform sales across several market segments." – Hiring Manager.What You'll Contribute Expertise to Design, Develop and maintain a breadth and depth of BFSI SaaS Solutions on PaaS.In depth knowledge on the technical elements that would enable you to solution architecture around Origination Solution, Customer Management Solution, Application Fraud Assessment, Transaction Fraud Assessment use cases.Must to have technical expertise and hands on experience in any leading Decision engines along with Business Process Management Systems, Ability to build web applications with any open source UI Builders and Handson with relational databases on prem or on AWS.Must to have full stack experience with Java, Java Script, Angular JS, SQL / NoSQL.Must have great understanding of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS offerings.Must to have technical presentation skills in response to Platform Security, Infra, Pricing specific customer queries.Build and configure Proof-of-Concepts to match specific customer proposal needs.Work in conjunction with other FICO Sales, Partners and Pre-sales Individuals to understand business requirements and convert into effective software designs that will enhance the current product / solution offering.Develop and test software solutions of varying size and complexity.Develop PoC, Demonstrate FICO Proof of Value, Score Model building capabilities, Experienced in handling Business Process Management system [BPM], Business Decision Management Systems [BDMS].Demonstrate deep knowledge with IaaS, PaaS and SaaS systems.Develop quick PoC with FICO Decision Engines around Credit Risk Assessment Strategies.Maintain and develop industry knowledge, skills and competencies in software development.Demonstrate and build FICO class presentations to clients stakeholders.What We're Seeking Engineering degree or above educated or other equivalent experience.Architectural thinking, business thinking and technical problem solving skills is mandate.Minimum 5 years of experience in to Technical Presales on BFSI domain area.Expert and Handson experience in Java, Java script, Angular JSDeep experience in AWS Managed Services is a plusExperience of working with Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systemsDeeper database knowledge and exposure to one of the following: SQL Server, DB2, Oracle or MySQLExperience of cloud-based technologies and related life cycle management understanding.Must to have worked on any banking IT team with greater knowledge on Data security and tokenization and encryption.Likes fast pace, high level of daily activity.Independent; enjoys autonomy and willing to learn.Focuses strongly on quality and resilience of each solution.Outcome oriented; doesn't confuse activity with productivity.Juggler of priorities, able to manage different work demands and changes in plans.Disciplined, yet adaptable to pressing demands.Absolute focus on attention to detail.A collaborator who values a strong team ethic - aware of who can assist progress.Strong communicator - conveys information clearly, which others value.Methodical – considers all angles and steps back to look at the 'bigger picture'.Visionary: plans for the future not just for the now !Our Offer to YouAn inclusive culture strongly reflecting our core values:  Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers and Earn the Respect of Others.The opportunity to make an impact and develop professionally by leveraging your unique strengths and participating in valuable learning experiences.Highly competitive compensation, benefits and rewards programs that encourage you to bring your best every day and be recognized for doing so.An engaging, people-first work environment offering work/life balance, employee resource groups, and social events to promote interaction and camaraderie.
