Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Presales Solution Architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for understanding customer business problems, providing innovative solutions, and driving the solution throughout the development lifecycle from pre-sales to delivery, including coordination with offshore teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in solution design, customer engagement, and project delivery.
Pre-Sales Activities:
Client Engagement: Work closely with the sales team to engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
Solution Design: Develop and present technical solutions that meet client requirements. Create detailed proposals, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and cost estimates with the help of offshore teams.
Proof of Concept (PoC): Design and oversee PoCs to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions to clients.
Customer Convincing: Effectively communicate and convince clients of the benefits and value of proposed solutions.
Delivery and Implementation:
Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to create high-level project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.
Technical Oversight: Provide initial technical guidance and ensure that the solution design is properly handed over to the implementation team.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients during the implementation and delivery, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaboration with Offshore Teams:
Coordination: Work closely with offshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.
Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate effective knowledge transfer and ensure offshore teams are aligned with project goals and requirements.
Continuous Learning and Innovation
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web and mobile development.
Drive Innovation: Propose new solutions or improvements to existing architectures to foster innovation within the organization.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in solutions architecture, presales, and project delivery.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
Experience in applying artificial intelligence to provide innovative solutions to business problems.
Expertise in native mobile development for iOS and Android and experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks such as React Native, and Flutter will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF,and PMP are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
