What you'll be doing
The Atturra Cloud Business Solutions Solution Team works closely with both our sales team and delivery leadership to develop proposals and tender responses as part of our sales process.
When required, the team is called upon to support the delivery of key projects and support both our delivery teams and customers in delivering high quality solutions for key business problems. Atturra CBS builds business applications first and foremost so applications development (or technical configuration) experience key to this role.
We're looking for someone who's worked in application development in a developer role but wants to solve customer problems at a larger scale. It would be great if they've also worked in other roles (product, project management, leadership, business development). That said, a dev background isn't compulsory.
What you will be doing:
• Designing & writing about solutions for use in Atturra's sales and pre-sales material.
• Presenting those solutions to customers, up to C-suite
• Working with Atturra and customer teams to refine designs and produce design documentation
• Working with our delivery teams to plan projects, estimate effort, and manage costs, issues, and risks.
• Working with development teams to refine designs
What will make you successful in this role?
What you need to be able to do or learn to do:
• Write and talk, read and listen (you will be doing a lot of all 4)
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical people
• Understand new and existing technology:
• The application development process
• Cloud
• Microsoft's application technologies (Azure, Dynamics, .Net, Power Platform)
• Understand the consultancy business.
Skills you don't need but will help:
• Microsoft Azure (integration, hosting, and data), Dynamics, .Net, Power Platform
Experience you probably need:
• D365 CRM CE Development background. 7+ years would be ideal. It will really help if you've written code, preferably recently
• Heavily contributing to or leading the delivery of something. Preferably many things many times but one thing many times is good too
• Solution design at some level. The bigger the better but we need people who can get into the detail if required.
