We're looking for a Pre-Sales Executive with a strong background in management consulting and business development to support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a consultative approach, capable of understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and driving business opportunities from pre-sales through to closing.
In this position, you'll work closely with clients to define their challenges, create compelling presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver winning proposals. Your expertise will help differentiate our offerings and ensure we meet client expectations while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Work with sales and consulting teams to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions. Lead the creation of presentations, proposals, and demos that align with client objectives. Provide expert consultation during client engagements, translating business challenges into actionable solutions. Support the sales team in lead generation, qualification, and developing new opportunities. Manage and respond to RFPs and client queries, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales process. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, management consulting, or business development, ideally within the Government sector. Strong understanding of business challenges and ability to develop tailored solutions. Proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
