They are now seeking an experienced and motivated Pre-Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver construction projects to the highest standards.About the RoleAs a Pre-Construction Project Manager, you will lead facade projects through the critical pre-construction phase, from design and procurement to the handover for manufacturing. This role focuses on ensuring all preparatory stages are completed accurately and efficiently, laying the groundwork for successful production and project delivery.As a collaborative leader, you will work closely with internal teams—design, engineering, procurement, and production—and external stakeholders to coordinate resources, resolve challenges, and achieve project readiness.Key Responsibilities:Review design drawings for accuracy and production readiness.Coordinate with teams to resolve technical challenges and determine manufacturing or procurement strategies.Plan and secure long-lead-time materials with the Procurement Manager.Identify components for in-house manufacturing or external sourcing.Collect design details and samples for pre-production.Ensure all pre-construction deliverables are accurate and ready for production handover.Liaise between Estimating and Manufacturing teams to clarify project requirements.Communicate with stakeholders to address challenges and ensure alignment.Monitor pre-construction activities to meet timelines.Facilitate collaboration across internal teams to ensure project readiness.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Completion of pre-construction activities within defined timelines.Accuracy and completeness of pre-production deliverables.Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.What You'll BringProven experience in facade systems, focusing on pre-construction and manufacturing processes.Strong ability to review and interpret technical drawings, with a focus on manufacturability.Knowledge of procurement and pre-production planning.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage multiple stakeholders.Commitment to quality, safety, and collaborative teamwork.Office-based availability to liaise effectively with internal teams (work from home is not suitable for this role).Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia.Why Join Facadex?Be part of an innovative team shaping the future of facade construction.Competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.A supportive work culture prioritising employee well-being and excellence.Excellent and competitive salary will be negotiated to successful applicants.How to Apply:Submit your application via seek.
