Your RoleI'm currently seeking a talented and experienced construction professional to take on and lead the pre-construction activities for this business.
As the Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in the early stages of the projects, overseeing all aspects of planning and preparation before construction begins.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are set up in the right way to be able to be delivered on time, within budget, and according to their quality standards.
Your ResponsibilitiesLead the pre-construction phase of projects, including site assessment, feasibility studies, and design development.Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for each project.Manage the bidding process for subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to project requirements.
