We are a growing new home construction company in Queensland, specializing in high-quality custom and spec homes. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and streamlined project management, and we are looking for a Pre-Construction Administration Officer to support our Construction Manager and assist in the pre-construction phase.About the Role:In this role, you'll be a key part of our pre-construction process, working directly with the Construction Manager to support project preparation and client needs. You'll co-ordinate necessary permits, inspections and covenant applications.Role Responsibilities:Support the Construction Manager in pre-construction tasksCoordinate covenant applications with land developersOrganize and manage kitchen plans and colour selections for spec homesHandle general administrative duties, file management, and report preparationCollaborate with the construction and drafting teams to ensure accurate project setup and communication.Skills & Experience:Administrative experience, ideally in construction or a related field.Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills for client and team interactionsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction software is desirable but not necessaryWhat We Offer:Training and support to grow your skills in construction administrationA collaborative work environment and a chance to learn the construction process
