With a welcoming environment and friendly, professional, and experienced support staff, we aim to de-medicalise the health care industry and improve the health of our local people.Qualifications & ExperienceRegistered Nurse with AHPRAGeneral practice nursing experience preferable but not needed (For the right candidate training will be provided)Registered immunisation nurse preferredTasks & ResponsibilitiesProvision of general nursing services to clients of Family Health TraralgonAdministration of immunisationsDevelopment and management of GP Management plans and Team care arrangementsSupport GPs in provision of health improvement practicesNew, modern facilitiesSmall, friendly, supportive work environmentWorking with experienced professionals in their fieldSet days of work: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, from 8am - 5pm
