Practice Nurse

REGISTERED / ENROLLED NURSE - Immediate start, $30-$40 per hour based on experience / AMA award Healthcare Evolution Medical Group is looking for proactive and enthusiastic General Practice Nurses for Clarence Town Medical Centre. We need Full Time & Part Time EENs and RNs to join our fully accredited practices and fast-growing team of doctors, nurses, and administration staff.
Key Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Chronic Disease Management & Health AssessmentsCold Chain managementPap smearsECGsINR TestingEar SyringingImplementing and supervising Infection Control policy & protocolManagement of Clinical dataAssisting practice team in achieving practice's Quality Improvement GoalsGeneral procedure room dutiesOrdering and maintenance of clinical suppliesMaintenance of clinical equipment registersAssisting with obs, emergencies, and clinical triagingExcellent organisational & time management skillsStrong interpersonal skills to deal with all ethnicities and age groupsAbility to work individually or in a team environmentNursing administrative duties if requiredWilling to assist clinical and non-clinical staff in day-to-day operationsQualifications and Knowledge Required: Current AHPRA RegistrationTraining can be providedComputer skills are necessaryKnowledge of Best Practice software is an advantage but not necessaryImmunisation CertificateWell Women's Health Check (Cervical Screening) CertificateCurrent CPRRemuneration: Hourly Rate: as per AMA Award or above based on General Practice Experience, $30-$40 per hour for permanent role
