Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Development: Recruit, train, and guide the administrative team, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. You will lead by example, navigate challenging conversations, and ensure accountability within the team. You will report directly to the General Manager and the business owners.
Operational Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for all administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and effectively addressing any challenges that arise.
Technology and Efficiency: Utilise various software and applications to enhance workflow efficiency. Collaborate closely with the bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, manage scheduling, and process payroll.
Process Enhancement: Identify and implement strategies to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency across the clinic.
The Ideal CandidateExperience: Proven experience in healthcare practice management, specifically in managing an administrative team, demonstrating effective leadership and a history of fostering team success.
Skills: Outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities, along with proficiency in diverse software tools. You should be proactive and comfortable working independently, with a strong focus on optimising administrative processes. A proactive mindset for suggesting improvements and implementing new solutions is essential.
Personal Qualities: Approachable, confident, and an excellent communicator. You should excel in training staff and managing performance to build a motivated and cohesive team.
LocationThis role is primarily based at our Holland Park clinic, with responsibilities that include oversight of our admin team at our Newmarket location. Some days will be spent at Newmarket to ensure operational consistency across both sites.
