This includes hands-on daily support and leadership of your team of Dental Assistants and Receptionists to provide a range of dental services to our patients.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for:
Financial Management: Budgeting, invoicing, and expense monitoring of the clinic as well as growth opportunitiesPatient Experience: Ensure the highest standard of patient care, satisfaction, and safety.Clinical Compliance: Guaranteed adherence to applicable medical regulations, privacy legislation, and practice policiesTeam Leadership: Recruit, train and manage a team of Dental Assistants, supporting their learning and development opportunitiesManaging and maintaining stakeholder relationships including patients, Dentists, Health Funds and local suppliersSetting and meeting key performance indicators within agreed budgets for the centreRoster management including labour ratios and budgetsOur BenefitsPacific Smiles is a rapidly growing, ASX listed professional company.
