In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical practice, ensuring efficient workflow and a positive patient experience.What you'll be doingManage and supervise the administrative staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated and performing to a high standardDevelop and implement policies, procedures and systems to improve practice efficiency and patient satisfactionOversee the practice's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting and reportingHandle HR responsibilities such as recruitment, performance management and payrollLiaise with medical staff, patients and external stakeholders to address any issues or concernsEnsure the practice complies with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standardsIdentify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to expand the practice's services and patient baseWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years' experience in a medical practice management or similar healthcare administration roleCertificate or Diploma level qualification in practice management, business administration or a related field, or a willingness to obtainStrong knowledge of medical practice operations, including Medicare, financial management, HR, compliance and patient servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with medical staff, patients and external stakeholdersDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-focused approachProficiency in using medical practice management software and Microsoft Office suiteAbility to prioritise and organise, with attention to detailWhat we offerAt Peel Health Care Ltd, we are committed to supporting our employees' professional and personal growth.
