Job Description Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric by joining us in this highly exciting Area Manager role overseeing our Northern NSW stores.
As an Area Manager at Pillow Talk, you'll ensure your stores portfolio fulfil their sales potential by inspiring operational excellence, clever product placement, and a customer-centric culture.
You'll coach your leadership team on how to navigate operational and people challenges, empowering them to take charge, grow, and embrace change.
You'll set and achieve performance objectives, evaluate and optimise each store's performance, and develop the leadership capability and commercial aptitude of your store teams.
