As a Practice Manager, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, fostering a positive culture, and driving excellent service and care for both clients and patients. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team of veterinarians, nurses, and support staff to provide exceptional care. Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, compassion, and professional development.
Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring high standards of clinical efficiency and patient care.
Client Service: Maintain and improve the client experience by ensuring excellent communication, timely services, and the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
Financial & Budget Management: Monitor clinic finances, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for growth and cost-efficiency.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that the practice complies with relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices. Maintain high clinical and operational standards.
Marketing & Community Engagement: Drive local marketing initiatives, build relationships with clients, and promote the practice within the local community.
About You: Experience: Proven experience in a veterinary management or leadership role, or experience in a related field with transferable skills.
Leadership Skills: Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of veterinary professionals and support staff.
Organisational Excellence: Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Customer Focus: Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating positive relationships with clients and their pets.
Knowledge: Familiarity with veterinary software systems and practice management tools.
