An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Practice Manager to join a busy Paediatric Therapy Clinic in Bassendean. We are initially recruiting to cover 12 months maternity leave, with the potential for ongoing work, as the needs of our growing clinic continue to expand.

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager who will ensure the smooth, efficient running of our practice. This role is perfect for a highly organized and driven individual looking to make a meaningful impact within a healthcare environment.
About the Role:As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing appointment books and coordinating with reception to optimize scheduling.Overseeing reception and front office responsibilities to maintain a welcoming environment.Team Management: Lead the administrative and clinical support teams, including performance management, rostering, leave approvals, and team morale.Human Resources: Facilitate recruitment, training, and performance reviews, ensuring the team remains skilled, motivated, and aligned with practice goals.Client Management: Support clients with funding applications, treatment plan coordination, and recall systems to enhance continuity of care.General Administration: Maintain systems and processes for efficient operations and manage debt collection, credit, and payroll.IT and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all technology and equipment are functional, secure, and well-maintained.Compliance: Ensure the practice meets NDIS standards managing regular audits, maintaining records and updating procedures as needed.Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar management position, ideally within a clinical or healthcare setting.Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Strong business acumen with experience in financial management, customer service, and process optimization.Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a proactive approach to solving challenges.Proficient in using Microsoft Office and practice management software.Compliance experience is desirable.Why Join Us?
